SUMMARY Demonstrated Smart TV opportunities based on Smart Home industry analysis.

  • Mainly focused on how to differentiate TV as a main controller of the service from a mobile phone and in Smart Home service.

  • Segmented customer groups according to one's involvement in housework.

 

OUTCOME Made a presentation in front of whole division members and contributed to actual establishment of the division strategy planning

Industry-Academic Cooperation Project with a global stationery company
Seoul, May 2014

SUMMARY Participated in a new product planning project with stationery office supplies division as a team leader.

  • Led a team to analyze the needs of target group.

  • Suggested the revised product line including post-it planners and memorizing notes targeting students and white-collar employees.

 

OUTCOME Delivered the suggestion to executives and the suggestion is reflected to the division's plan of the following year

A Study on Localization Strategy of ZPSS
Shanghai, Feb 2014

SUMMARY Assisted the field study of Prof. Choi about the CSR and localization strategies of Korean firms in China market

  • My team specifically focused on the localization strategy of ZPSS, which is the first production overseas of POSCO.

  • As a team leader, led team to successfully conduct the field interview with ZPSS people and further research.

 

OUTCOME The paper is planned to be published through Yonsei Publishing Department

2012 Share a Smile, Give a Toy
Washington D.C., Dec 2012

SUMMARY Working as an intern at Washington DC Mayor's Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs, I took charge of the agency's annual charity event '2012 Share a smile, Give a Toy'.

  • Coordinated programs for the event such as Greeting with Santa, Balloon Artist Show.

  • Through fundraising and negotiating with performers, successfully organized the event within the budget.

 

OUTCOME Approxiamately 120 attendees with high satisfaction

Open-house Debate Session    
Seoul, Nov 2011
 

SUMMARY As a vice president of Yonsei Debate Team, I suggested open house debate session for promoting the debate club

  • Assembled a TFT(Task Force Team) and led the team to choose the topic and organize the detailed programs of the event

  • Systematized promotion plans.

 

OUTCOME Approxiamately 100 attendees. Reported by a school newspaper as one of front-page stories. The number of applicants for the following recruitment increased.
